Mary Hardcastle is an artist/educator/parent with a 20 year practice of theatre, filmmaking, creative writing and community building in Los Angeles and Baltimore. Her work is deeply embedded in social ecology--encouraging inclusiveness, cooperation, healthy growth and diversity.
Mary teaches communications courses at the Community College of Baltimore County and Goucher College, and she is the local coordinator for Hooked On Nature, a non-profit that helps adults help children develop a loving relationship with nature. Membership in TAG reflects her equally strong commitment to social justice. Mary received a B.A. degree from University of Vermont, an M.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College and trained with Lee Strasburg at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in N.Y and L.A. |
